At Fanyil, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new style isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all Fanyil tags still attached to ensure they remain in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
